Positive Grid, known for its innovative Spark series of smart guitar amps, has introduced the Spark CAB Pearl, a powered speaker cabinet designed to complement its popular amp line. The new cabinet joins a product family that has helped redefine the modeling amp experience.
Introduced in 2018, the original Spark amp combined traditional analog tone with digital versatility, offering a compact and portable solution for guitarists of all levels. Subsequent models, including the Spark MINI, Spark Go, Spark LIVE, and its most recent amp Spark 2, each of which have expanded on its modus operandi with additional features and capabilities.
The Spark CAB adds additional firepower to a Spark owner’s arsenal, offering a new level of sound quality for around $299 US. Pearl is the latest addition to the Spark CAB family. The 140-watt cabinet is designed to provide clear, accurate sound reproduction for live performance, recording, and home practice. It features a 10-inch woofer and two high-frequency dome tweeters.
The cabinet offers a flat frequency response for clear audio reproduction. Designed for portability, the Spark CAB Pearl can be powered by the Spark series amps, eliminating the need for an additional power source. The cabinet also includes multiple input and output options, including XLR and 3.5mm connections.
