Share

Gibson has partnered with legendary guitarist Jimmy Page to release a faithful recreation of his iconic EDS-1275 double-neck guitar. This new model, the Jimmy Page EDS-1275 Doubleneck VOS, is a meticulous recreation of Page’s original instrument, capturing its distinctive sound and aesthetic.

The guitar features a double-cutaway mahogany body, two high-output humbucking pickups, and a 12-string neck. The 24-fret rosewood fretboard offers plenty of room for extended playing, while the locking tuners ensure stability. The guitar’s body is finished in a vintage-inspired cherry sunburst, giving it a classic look.

The Jimmy Page EDS-1275 Doubleneck VOS is a high-quality instrument that is sure to appeal to fans of Jimmy Page and Led Zeppelin. It is a great choice for guitarists who are looking for a versatile and powerful guitar.

However, it’s important to note that the guitar’s size and weight can make it challenging to play for extended periods. Additionally, the unique design and high price point may limit its appeal to a niche market.

Despite these limitations, the Jimmy Page EDS-1275 Doubleneck VOS is a stunning instrument that represents the pinnacle of Gibson’s craftsmanship. For those who are looking for a piece of rock and roll history, this guitar is a must-have.
